Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled professional to support our short-term vacation rental company in delivering outstanding guest experiences. This is a remote position based in India, requiring exceptional communication skills and a commitment to excellence.This role involves handling guest inquiries, concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy and professionalism. You will also be responsible for processing refund requests, resolving billing discrepancies, and ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures.The ideal candidate will have excellent spoken English, a clear voice, and strong US accent familiarity.
