Job SummaryThe Third-Party Risk Management Specialist will lead the development and implementation of a bank-wide strategic framework to manage third-party risks. This role is responsible for overseeing the overall risk management process, ensuring proactive identification, assessment, and mitigation of potential risks.Develop and deploy a comprehensive third-party risk management framework, encompassing outsourcing governance and vendor due diligence.Manage ongoing assessments and monitoring of third-party suppliers, including regular risk evaluations and remediation plans.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and assess third-party relationships, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and implement control measures to mitigate risks.Enhance governance models to provide continuous monitoring and oversight of third-party risks, in alignment with industry best practices and emerging trends.Lead third-party risk segmentation, conduct regular reviews of contract owners' attestations, and maintain accurate records of third-party risks.Provide actionable insights and reports to business areas and senior management regarding third-party risks, supporting informed decision-making.Escalate critical issues related to new or existing third-parties, including concentration risks and fourth-party exposures, to relevant stakeholders and governance forums.Partner with operational risk teams, information security, compliance, legal, and other assurance functions to identify and address third-party risks.Support the head of TPRM in addressing Central Bank, Internal Audit, and Compliance observations, ensuring timely resolution and closure of outstanding matters.Monitor Business Units' progress on RCSA, ORE, KRI, Issues & Actions, and NPPA programs, analyzing outputs from group operational risk management initiatives.Oversee the maintenance of ongoing monitoring of the bank's operational risk profile at a Business Unit level, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.Provide user support and manage the Group operational risk program design on Prism, the bank's Operational Risk Management Information System.
