This role is mostly remote, with some on-ground sourcing and coordination in Bangalore. Perfect for someone who loves fashion, styling, and content creation. Responsibilities Visit local thrift stores and sellers in Bangalore when required Assess clothing quality, fabric, style, and trends Take high-quality photos of garments (phone or DSLR) Write clear product descriptions (size, fit, fabric, condition) Identify fabrics and understand garment construction Manage and document inventory remotely Coordinate weekly seller uploads and collection updates Handle orders from when it comes to the website to making sure it is delivered Create Reels and fashion content for Spree’s social channels Contribute ideas for campaigns, drops, and style-led storytelling Handle seller and costumer challenges represent the brands process Requirements Strong basics in fashion: fabrics, fits, sizing, trends Passion for sustainability and thrift culture Good photography and styling skills Basic content creation skills (Reels, TikTok-style videos) Must be based in Bangalore for occasional on-ground work Strong communication and coordination skills A natural eye for aesthetics and presentation Bonus Skills (Not mandatory but great to have) Styling or merchandising experience Canva or Lightroom experience Prior fashion content or marketplace experience What You’ll Gain Real experience in sustainable fashion sourcing and curation A growing portfolio in fashion photography and content Insight into seller management and marketplace operations Mentorship from a fashion-tech startup Potential for full-time conversion
