SAP Service Management Functional Job DescriptionWe are looking for a profile with experience in customer service processes like create and track notifications for complaints, service requests, and detected problems.Prioritize and classify notifications for efficient management.Create and manage service orders to plan and execute interventions.Track the status of service orders, resources used, and associated costs.Monitor stock movements and replenishment levels.Plan on-site interventions, including management of technicians and equipment.Track interventions in real-time and adjust schedules as necessary.Create and manage service contracts, including conditions, SLAs, and billing terms.Monitor contract compliance and manage renewals.Billing management for services rendered, including generation of invoices based on interventions and parts used.Integrate with SAP FI for payment and accounts receivable management.Utilize reporting and analysis tools to monitor service performance.Generate customized reports to monitor KPIs and SLAs.The preferred profile should have worked on the above in the SAP CRM Service module that handles customer service interactions, including case management, service requests, and scheduling service engineers.This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical skills and experience in managing customer relationships through various channels.Knowledge of SAP CRM Service module is essential, along with proficiency in creating and tracking service orders, monitoring stock movements, and managing service contracts.
