Job OverviewThe incumbent supports the operational risk leader in directing and leading the strategic development and implementation of a group-wide third-party risk management framework.Lead the design and deployment of a firm-wide third-party risk management framework.Manage ongoing program including an integrated approach for assessing and mitigating risks associated with third-party suppliers.Ensure that risks are sufficiently identified, assessed, monitored and controlled.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop reports for use by business areas and senior management regarding third-party risks.Identify and escalate key items of concern regarding new and existing current third-parties.Partner with sourcing partners and assurance functions to identify third-party risks and escalate those risks appropriately.Working RelationshipRegular interaction and working relationship with:Operational Risk LeaderSourcing PartnersSenior Management of outsourced service providersRequirementsMinimum 3-5 years focused expertise in third-party risk oversight and risk management.Proven related financial services experience and risk & regulatory related experience highly desired.BenefitsOpportunity to influence third-party risk management strategy.Partnership with various stakeholders to drive improvements in third-party risk management.MiscellaneousRequired skills and qualifications include third-party vendor experience and broad and deep technical knowledge of third-party risk management.
