Job Title: RPA Project ManagerKey Responsibilities:Oversee the successful implementation of robotic process automation (RPA) projects across multiple phases, including mobilisation, definition, development, and deployment.Manage resources, stakeholders, and communication to ensure project success.Expected Activities:Act as the primary point-of-contact for clients and their teams, providing expert guidance and support.Lead concurrent projects involving consultants, developers, and clients, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction.Develop and implement project management plans, track milestones, and coordinate meetings with client stakeholders.Coordinate resource planning activities, including assignment, onboarding, equipment provisioning, and user access to target applications.Identify and mitigate risks to avoid development, testing, or deployment roadblocks.Provide regular updates to clients and Program Managers on project progress.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Information Management.Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of success.Excellent planning, problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills.Understanding of IT delivery methodologies and best practices.Prior experience leading similar projects in robotics process automation is highly desirable.Desired Characteristics:Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.Highly motivated, organised, and methodical, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.Emotional Intelligence and excellent people skills are essential.
