This is a full-time on-site role for a fresher in Channel Sales & Marketing in the Real Estate industry, located in Bengaluru. The Channel Sales & Marketing professional will be responsible for driving sales through various channels, building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding market trends, and promoting real estate projects. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, attending sales meetings, assisting in the creation of marketing materials, and providing support in organizing events to showcase properties.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and marketing strategies
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in sales or marketing internships is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
