Role Des>criptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a fresher in Channel Sales & Marketing in the Real Estate industry, located in Bengaluru. The Channel Sales & Marketing professional will be responsible for driving sales through various channels, building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding market trends, and promoting real estate projects. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, attending sales meetings, assisting in the creation of marketing materials, and providing support in organizing events to showcase properties. QualificationsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsBasic understanding of sales techniques and marketing strategiesAbility to conduct market research and analyze dataProficiency in MS Office and CRM softwareAbility to work in a team and independentlyProblem-solving skills and attention to detailBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldPrevious experience in sales or marketing internships is a plusStrong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
