Job Title: Growth Operations ManagerA growth-oriented manager is needed to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience driving growth initiatives in a fast-paced startup or technology environment.Key Responsibilities:Research and test new user acquisition channels, including pilot programs with defined metrics.Audit and improve PPC, SEO, Social, and Affiliate funnels, driving ongoing CRO for landing pages and key flows.Maintain a prioritized A/B testing pipeline across channels and funnels, executing experiments using testing tools and documenting hypotheses, results, and insights.Own tracking setup and data accuracy, building dashboards and delivering regular KPI reports (CAC, LTV, conversions).Qualifications:Experience: 0-2 years of hands-on experience driving growth initiatives, ideally within a fast-paced startup or technology environment.Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a highly analytical field.Analytical Skills: Strong foundational knowledge of setting up, reading, and troubleshooting web analytics, comfortable with spreadsheet analysis (Excel/Google Sheets) and basic statistical concepts related to A/B testing.Mindset: Highly curious, relentless desire to test and learn, and a strong sense of ownership.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.About the Role:This is a critical role for an ambitious individual passionate about identifying and scaling new opportunities.
