Role SummaryThe Admissions Manager plays a pivotal role in spearheading outreach initiatives to maximize visibility and reach the target audience for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to optimize exposure and engagement with the desired audience for UG and PG programs.Achieve defined outreach goals (Lead–Application–Admissions) for the assigned region by fostering collaborative relationships with schools, colleges, universities, tutors, and coaching centers.Organize high-impact presentations and workshops with educational institutions and influencers within the designated territory to promote MIT-WPU's brand.Cultivate strategic partnerships with school/college authorities and student bodies to reinforce the MIT-WPU brand presence.Host events such as principals' meets, counsellors' meets, open houses, academic workshops, and education fairs to drive brand awareness and engagement.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven leadership and management experience, coupled with a track record of achieving results through effective resource utilization.Demonstrated dynamism and ability to engage and convince external stakeholders effectively.Strong commitment to MIT-WPU's vision, ambitions, and values.Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with a focus on building strong partnerships.Benefits:The successful candidate will enjoy a dynamic work environment that fosters growth, innovation, and collaboration.
