Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition SpecialistWe are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end hiring processes for our retail manufacturing business, covering retail operations, production units, supply chain, merchandising, and corporate roles.Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid–senior level positions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Develop strategic sourcing strategies and talent pipelines through proactive networking and outreach efforts.Handle volume hiring for stores and production staff by leveraging effective communication skills and stakeholder relationships.Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand their requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.Manage recruitment agencies and external partners to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Ensure smooth onboarding and adherence to hiring processes by streamlining recruitment reporting and dashboards.Requirements:Minimum 9 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in retail manufacturing, with a proven track record of success.Strong experience hiring for retail, production, supply chain, and corporate roles, with a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.Excellent communication, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment with adaptability and flexibility.
