The IQAC (Internal Quality Assurance Cell) Coordinator will support the institutions quality initiatives by assisting in planning, documentation, and execution of academic and administrative quality processes. This role requires attention to detail, coordination skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and administrative teams to ensure compliance with accreditation standards and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing, updating, and maintaining IQAC records, reports, and data as per institutional and accreditation requirements (NAAC/NBA/other bodies).
- Support in collecting, compiling, and analyzing academic and administrative data from departments.
- Help in preparing the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) and other compliance-related documentation.
- Coordinate meetings of the IQAC, prepare agenda, minutes, and follow up on action points.
- Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and training programs related to quality enhancement.
- Support implementation of quality initiatives, best practices, and feedback mechanisms across departments.
- Maintain documentation and evidence for audits, accreditation, and quality reviews.
- Liaise with faculty, students, and administration for smooth execution of IQAC activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Postgraduate degree.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of data handling and reporting preferred.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and documentation abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
