Job OverviewAs a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing pre-sales technical communication and support for grid-connected inverters, energy storage converters, and related products.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the sales team to deliver excellent customer service and support during visits and technical exchanges; ensure timely delivery of technical agreements for project bidding and tendering.Conduct market analysis and trend research to provide valuable insights that inform new product development and lifecycle management strategies.Develop in-depth knowledge of competitors and markets, including changes in industry standards.Design and implement training programs to educate customers on products, installation, and commissioning best practices.Support marketing efforts through local events, presentations, and promotional writing initiatives.Coordinate with headquarters to optimize manufacturing models.Execute assigned tasks as directed by the supervisor.RequirementsBachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field is required.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in renewable energy is essential.Proficiency in PVsyst and CAD software is necessary.A strong understanding of power electronics, energy storage, and low-voltage distribution systems is vital.Excellent communication and execution skills are mandatory.Willingness to travel frequently is expected.Previous experience working with top PV inverter or energy storage converter companies is highly desirable.
