Role Overview:We are seeking a Sales Representative who will play a pivotal role in driving client acquisition, nurturing relationships, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and our service partners (architects, engineers, and finance teams).This role blends business development, client management, and operational coordination. It's perfect for someone who enjoys hustling, problem-solving, and growing alongside a high-potential startup.Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Sales & Client AcquisitionCold calling, lead qualification, and scheduling client meetingsMaintaining a healthy sales pipeline and tracking conversionsPreparing and sharing proposals, presentations, and sales collateralClient Onboarding & Relationship ManagementGuiding clients through onboarding and documentationActing as the single point of contact between clients and internal teamsBuilding strong, long-term relationships and ensuring high client satisfactionSales Operations & CoordinationCoordinating with architects, engineers and finance teamsMonitoring project progress and ensuring milestones are metIdentifying and resolving client concerns quickly and effectivelyReporting & Process ImprovementMaintaining accurate CRM/project records and reportsPreparing sales, pipeline, and client status reports for leadershipSuggesting improvements to streamline pre-sales and operationsQualifications & SkillsGraduate/Postgraduate in Business, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fieldsStrong communication and negotiation skills (both written & verbal)Proven ability to build client relationships and manage conflictsExperience in pre-sales, inside sales, or sales operations preferredProficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and project management softwareAbility to juggle multiple projects and work under pressureA background in architecture, civil engineering, or design is a big plusWho We're Looking ForA self-starter and hustler who thrives in a fast-paced startup environmentAmbitious to grow with a company scaling from 0 to millionSomeone who doesn't just "manage" tasks but takes ownership and drives resultsWhy Join Us?Be part of a growing startup reshaping construction and design in IndiaGet hands-on exposure to client management, sales ops, and project executionWork with a passionate, experienced team in a high-growth environmentFast-track your career by taking on end-to-end ownershipJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹9, ₹41,123.80 per monthBenefits:Health insurancePaid time offWork Location: In person
