Job Title: Financial Operations ManagerOverview: We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Manager to oversee the implementation of financial and international accounting standards, as well as internal controls, in all banking activities.Key Responsibilities:Analysis GAP between Ind AS and Existing India GAP: Identify discrepancies between Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and existing gaps in India's financial system.Preparing GAP analysis report to Management Committee and discussion: Prepare detailed reports on the analysis and present findings to the management committee for discussion.Implementing Ind AS compliance accounting system: Develop and implement an accounting system that complies with Ind AS.Setting up controls and procedure in compliance with Ind AS in core banking and other applications: Establish control procedures in line with Ind AS for core banking and other applications.Preparing Financial statement and note to accounts / disclosure accordance with Ind AS / IFRS: Prepare financial statements and notes to accounts in accordance with Ind AS and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).Getting books of account audited as per Ind AS / IFRS: Ensure that the company's books of account are audited in accordance with Ind AS and IFRS.Handling Auditors: Manage interactions with auditors to ensure compliance with Ind AS and IFRS.Preparing accounts as per IFRS for Global books closure and consolidation for group: Prepare accounts according to IFRS for global book closure and consolidation within the group.Preparing MIS for HO: Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) for the Head Office.Preparing India Financial statement as per Ind AS: Prepare financial statements for India in accordance with Ind AS.Required Qualifications and Skills:Chartered Accountant with 5 years' experience with minimum 2 years' experience in IFRS: Hold a Chartered Accountant certification with at least 5 years of experience, including a minimum of 2 years in IFRS.Excellent understanding of IFRS / Ind AS: Possess a strong understanding of IFRS and Ind AS.
