V-Financial Services is a Mumbai-based, all-women-led financial planning and wealth management firm serving HNI and corporate clients. We offer financial planning, tax planning, retirement planning, and multi-asset investment solutions with a strong focus on client servicing and operational excellence.

Position: Operations Manager – Financial Services

Experience Required: 2–4 years

Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai

Note: Only female candidates should apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end operations and transaction processing across multiple asset classes including mutual funds, insurance, fixed income, mediclaim, and alternative products.
  • Execute and monitor transactions on BSE Star MF, MF Utility (MFU), and other investment platforms.
  • Coordinate with various AMCs, RTAs (CAMS/KFin), insurance companies, fixed income issuers, and medical insurance companies for smooth execution and query resolution.
  • Handle client servicing, including onboarding, documentation, transaction tracking, statement requests, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records, prepare MIS reports, and support audit and compliance requirements.
  • Review client investment data, assist in portfolio-related coordination, and ensure timely communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure all operational workflows are completed within TAT, minimizing errors and improving efficiency.
  • Prepare high-quality Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations for management and client reviews.
  • Suggest improvements in processes, client experience, and internal coordination.

Skills & Competencies

  • Experience in financial services, asset management companies, or financial broking firms.
  • Strong knowledge of multi-asset transactions and investment operations.
  • Hands-on experience with BSE Star MF and MF Utility is mandatory.
  • Excellent English communication and strong client-handling skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, disciplined, and capable of handling multiple tasks independently.

Education

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or related fields.
