E-commerce Operations Manager - Drive Operations at Sunday, a Leader in the Sleep Industry

We seek a Warehouse Operations Manager who is adept at leading diverse teams and excels in a dynamic environment. This role is perfect for someone who combines strong analytical skills with practical, on-the-ground management abilities.
Role: Manage end to end operations to furniture ecommerce brand
Salary: Competitive (Commensurate with experience)
Work Week: 5 Days (post-probation)
⏰ Timings: Daytime only (no night shifts)

Role Responsibilities
Oversee local deliveries & outstation deliveries
Excellent vendor management skills
Managing labour and vendor relations to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
Strong vendor management skills
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
Proven ability to manage and motivate labourers effectively
Engineering degree preferred
3-5 years of experience in Operations, ideally in e-commerce, delivery services, or similar fields
Excellent communication skills in English; Kannada and Hindi proficiency is advantageous
