What We're Looking For


We are seeking someone who thrives on understanding intricate user needs and translating them into simple, clean, user-friendly, intuitive design solutions.


In this role, you will shape the future of Boxly’s product by leading design strategy across the company. You will work closely with product, engineering, and content teams to create an unparalleled user experience that will serve as the foundation for Boxly’s success in the years to come.


What You Will Do


  • Lead and own the product design strategy from concept to implementation.
  • Design innovative and user-friendly solutions for complex workflows in healthcare settings.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business goals into seamless user experiences.
  • Create detailed, high-fidelity prototypes and clear design documentation.
  • Implement a design-driven culture across the organization, influencing how we think about and approach user experience.
  • Actively iterate on designs, informed by user research, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and feedback loops throughout product development.
  • Ensure all design decisions are well-documented and align with internal processes.

Your Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of experience designing for web, desktop, and mobile platforms for SAAS product.
  • A proven portfolio of work
  • Proven ability to own the entire product design process, from research and ideation to high-fidelity designs.
  • A strong understanding of user experience principles and a passion for solving complex problems through design.


Bonus Points

  • Experience working in startups or fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Knowledge of HTML & CSS.
  • Familiarity with Figma and participation in design communities.
  • Background in designing CRM, online booking, page builders is a plus.
