High-Performance ASIC SOC RTL Design Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned ASIC SOC RTL Design Engineer to spearhead the development of cutting-edge semiconductor designs. As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing the microarchitecture of complex SoC designs.Key responsibilities include:Developing microarchitecture specifications for high-performance, power-efficient solutions.Leveraging Verilog/SystemVerilog to implement RTL design, ensuring optimal PPA.Collaborating with system architects, verification teams, and physical design teams to ensure project success.Conducting design trade-off analysis to meet functional, performance, and power requirements.Mentoring junior engineers, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.Requirements:10+ years of hands-on experience in RTL design and microarchitecture development.Strong expertise in RTL design using Verilog/SystemVerilog and logic synthesis.Proficiency in microarchitecture design for complex SoCs, including pipelining, caching, and memory subsystems.Experience with low-power design techniques (e.g., clock gating, power gating, multi-Vt optimization).Familiarity with advanced process nodes and their specific challenges.Strong scripting skills in Tcl, Python, or Perl for automation and flow development.We offer:A dynamic work environment fostering collaboration and growth.A competitive compensation package reflecting your value.Opportunities for professional development and advancement.If you're passionate about pushing the boundaries of semiconductor design, we invite you to explore this opportunity further.
