Senior System Administrator Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior System Administrator to maintain and optimize our clients' IT environments.Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot Azure AD, Windows Server, Windows OS, and Office 365 environmentsManage and enhance client IT systems for uptime, security, and performanceImplement and optimize Microsoft Exchange Server setupsUtilize PowerShell scripting for automation and systems managementConfigure and support Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP networksManage virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V and VMwareCollaborate with project teams to deliver IT solutions on timeProvide Tier-3 support and resolve complex technical issuesCreate documentation, SOPs, and ensure best practices for infrastructure managementTo succeed in this role, you should possess:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of hands-on experience in a System Administrator positionStrong proficiency in:Azure Active DirectoryWindows Server & Windows OSMicrosoft 365 / Office 365Microsoft Exchange ServerPowerShell scriptingDeep understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Group PoliciesExperience with virtualization: Hyper-V and VMwareExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong communication skills with a client-centric approachAbility to work independently and collaborativelyPreferred certifications: MCSE, MCSA, or equivalentWe offer competitive compensation and a dynamic work environment.
