We are helping labs build Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) by automating hardware design. Our goal is to create a robust and efficient AGI system.Hardware engineers will collaborate with researchers to develop high-quality design and verification challenges that mirror real-world semiconductor development. This is a remote/hybrid position with flexible hours.Key tasks:Develop realistic design and verification problems reflecting industry complexityCreate containerized environments for agent training in hardware design workflowsWork with AI researchers to understand agent capabilities and training needsRequirements:2+ years RTL design using Verilog/SystemVerilog or VHDLStrong background in verification methodologies (UVM, SystemVerilog)Experience with synthesis, timing analysis, debugging toolsFamiliarity with Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools (Synopsys, Cadence, Mentor Graphics)Skill requirements:Strong problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills for cross-functional collaborationCuriosity about AI/ML applications in hardware designSelf-motivation and ability to work independently remotely
