Day2DayPro.com is a leading affiliate network working with premium geos like CA, UK, IE, Nordics, and more. We’re now expanding into India and building an in-house traffic generation team for verticals such as iGaming, Forex, and Sweepstakes. Position Overview:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to kickstart our in-house traffic generation efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of our verticals (iGaming, Forex, Sweepstakes) and demonstrate creativity in managing ad campaigns across multiple mediums such as Native Ads , Push Traffic , and Meta Ads .
This is an opportunity to play a foundational role in setting up and scaling our traffic generation operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Native Ads, Push Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms.
Focus on one or more verticals (iGaming, Forex, or Sweepstakes) to generate high-quality traffic.
Optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI through data analysis and A/B testing.
Manage collaborations with designers or outsource creative tasks to deliver high-performing ad creatives.
Work with Forex brands such as Exness, FP Markets, and AVA Trade to promote their offers effectively.
Track, monitor, and report campaign performance using analytics and tracking tools.
Adapt to platform policies and ensure campaigns are compliant and sustainable.

What We’re Looking For :
Proven experience in performance marketing, media buying, or affiliate marketing in iGaming , Forex , or Sweepstakes .
Proficiency in managing campaigns across platforms like Native Ads (e.g., Taboola, Outbrain), Push Traffic networks, and Meta Ads.
Strong creativity in designing or outsourcing engaging ad creatives (images, banners, videos, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple ad accounts and optimize budgets for daily performance.
Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and improve campaign performance.
Resourceful and independent, with the ability to work in a startup-like environment.
