Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital marketing efforts and analyzing campaign performance. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for using data and numbers to make informed marketing decisions. Candidates with experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation, and a strong knowledge of analytics are encouraged to apply.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.
Use analytics tools and platforms to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing efforts.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry.
Participate in content creation efforts, ensuring high-quality and engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, managing social media accounts, and monitoring social media analytics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as design and development, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and analytics tools, and share knowledge with the team to drive innovation.
Contribute to the development of marketing reports and presentations, providing data-driven insights to stakeholders.
Assist in other marketing-related tasks and projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in marketing, business or other related fields.
Proven work experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or related roles.
Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data and numbers to drive marketing decisions.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and optimization techniques.
Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop innovative marketing campaigns.

Benefits We Provide
Office timings from 9 am to 6 pm from Monday to Friday.
Probation Period: 6 Months
Medical Insurance for 2.00 lac PA after 3 months of Joining.
Social Security includes - Provident Fund and Gratuity on completion of 5 years of service as per Tamil Nadu factories act.
10 days of Paid Leave and 8 Casual Leave will be provided for the Year.
