Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Director of Product - Growth who will own funnel optimization, user lifecycle, and remarketing through both product and marketing channels. This role is pivotal in driving new initiatives, such as the monetization of AI products and the launch of AI-led sales calls for targeted user segments. The ideal candidate will provide insights for unit economics and focus on configuring product and marketing adjustments based on revenue direction.

Note: Acquisition efforts remain with the marketing team; however, remarketing is a key responsibility of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Funnel Optimization & User Lifecycle Management:

• Own end-to-end funnel metrics related to remarketing efforts.

• Optimize user activation, retention, and monetization strategies.

• Implement experimental strategies to improve funnel performance, retention, and engagement.

• Strategic Initiatives & Product Launches:

• Drive new initiatives like the launch of AI sales calls for small user segments.

• Lead the monetization of AI products, focusing on conversion rates.

• Test and iterate new approaches such as free trials.

• Evaluate product-market fit before scaling new products and initiatives that may impact in 2-3 months.

• Analytics & Experimentation:

• Drive analytics experiments in product and marketing based on user behavior and lifecycle.

• A/B Testing: Lead experimentation efforts to test, iterate, and launch product features that improve user experience and drive key growth metrics.

• Implement new tactics derived from data insights.

• Provide tactical inputs for funnel optimization.

• Lifecycle Strategies & Remarketing:

• Own lifecycle strategies to enhance user value.

• Drive retention and remarketing efforts.

• Design and implement product features that promote organic growth through user referrals, viral loops, and engagement initiatives.

• Improve lead creation rates on registered users and daily active users (DAUs).

• Cross-Functional Leadership:

• Collaborate with marketing teams to align on remarketing strategies.

• Potentially oversee teams focused on remarketing and user lifecycle management.

• Work closely with product management to integrate AI-led sales initiatives.

• Provide insights for unit economics while aligning with revenue goals.

• Metrics Ownership:

• Accountability for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as:

• DAUs (Daily Active Users)

• RPR/RPDAU (Revenue per Registration/Revenue per Daily Active User)

• Lead Creation Rates on Registered Users and DAUs

• Conversion Rates for AI Product Monetization

• Ensure alignment of product and remarketing efforts to meet these metrics.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management with at least 4 years focused on Growth
- Proven track record in funnel optimization, lifecycle management, and monetization strategies
- Strong track record of driving growth through data-informed product decisions, experimentation, and a focus on user experience
- Experience with AI technologies and their application in product monetization is a plus
- Familiarity with growth marketing, analytics tools, and A/B testing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Optimizely)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
