Additionally, review tax returns completed by staff, providing feedback on accuracy and identifying potential savings opportunitiesResearch and consult on various tax matters, respond to IRS and other tax authority inquiries when requested.Brainstorm new ideas and propose innovative solutions to problems Mentor and coach junior team membersBasic qualifications for the opportunityBachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent field is required 4+ years of progressive US/Global taxation experienceCPA/CA or Enrolled Agent shall be an added advantageExperience working directly with clients and/or global counterpartsExperience working with PCS clients 1065, 1120 and 1120s formsSkills:Proficiency in tax software (e.g., CCH Axcess, GoSystem) and Microsoft Excel.
