Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Apex Developer to join our team. The role requires a strong background in Apex programming, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Visualforce (VF) development. In addition to Salesforce expertise, this unique position involves interacting with Large Language Models (LLMs) to validate outputs, assess their relevance, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
The ideal candidate is a motivated developer who enjoys problem-solving and is excited about working on innovative AI-related tasks alongside traditional development work.
Key Responsibilities
Apex Development
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes to meet complex business requirements.
- Solve challenging problems with robust and scalable solutions using Salesforce's native programming language.
- UI Development
- Build and customize user interfaces using Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce (VF).
- Work on innovative UI projects that enhance the Salesforce user experience.
LLM Interaction and Validation
- Collaborate with AI tools by interacting with Large Language Models.
- Validate LLM responses by asking Salesforce-related and open-source dataset-based questions.
- Provide feedback on response accuracy, relevance, and suggestions for improvement.
Integration and Customization
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Implement Salesforce customizations like workflows, processes, and security configurations.
Collaboration and Documentation
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Document technical designs, feedback, and validation results for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Apex Development:
- Hands-on experience writing scalable and maintainable Apex code.
- Proven experience solving challenging projects using custom triggers, batch jobs, or schedulable classes.
Lightning and Visualforce Development:
- Proficiency in building Lightning Components (Aura and LWC) and enhancing Visualforce pages.
Certifications (Preferred but not Mandatory):
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1).
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2).
AI Validation Experience:
- Interest or experience in working with AI models like LLMs.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and critique AI-generated outputs.
Additional Skills:
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
