Title: PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA) / Senior System Architect (CSSA)

Location: India - Remote

Role:

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced PEGA professionals to join our team as Lead System Architects (LSA) and Senior System Architects (CSSA). These roles involve designing, developing, and implementing scalable enterprise-level solutions using the PEGA platform. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to translate business requirements into effective PEGA solutions, providing technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and architecture of PEGA applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements, scalability, and industry best practices.
  • Develop comprehensive technical specifications, including data models, integration frameworks, and user interface designs.
  • Spearhead the design and implementation of case management, data modeling, UI development, and integration with external systems.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to PEGA platform advancements, coding standards, and architectural patterns.
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including scope definition, requirements investigation, functional and technical design, product configuration, unit testing, UAT, and production deployment.
  • Conduct code reviews, resolve technical issues, and recommend optimizations for system performance and functionality.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate PEGA tools and frameworks to meet project and business objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate PEGA applications with existing enterprise systems and third-party applications.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from business analysts to technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Mentor and train junior PEGA developers and architects, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for PEGA-related queries, providing guidance to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on PEGA platform advancements, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
  • Incorporate innovative practices into solution design and project execution.
  • Lead system integration testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting activities.


Required Skills:

  • Certification: PEGA Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) or Senior System Architect (CSSA).
  • LSA: Minimum of 10+ years of PEGA implementation experience, including leadership roles on large-scale enterprise projects.
  • CSSA: Proven experience as a PEGA System Architect on enterprise-level implementations.
  • Proficiency in PEGA platform technologies, including PEGA PRPC, PEGA Rules Process Commander, and PEGA frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and agile practices.
  • Expertise in PEGA tools such as PEGA Decisioning, PEGA Marketing, PEGA Robotics, and PEGA Mobile.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex PEGA applications, with a focus on case management, data modeling, and UI development.


Additional Skills:

  • Experience in PEGA Constellation architecture, Digital Experience (DX) APIs, and low-code implementations.
  • Familiarity with PEGA CLM-KYC frameworks and integration patterns.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business processes into effective technical solutions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
