Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented  Campaign Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should be analytical, proactive, and able to translate client objectives into high-performing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, set up, and execute campaigns across programmatic platforms, mobile UA channels, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis, ensuring KPIs (CTR, CPI, CPA, ROI) are being met.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve delivery, scale, and efficiency.
  • Prepare and share detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure smooth communication with advertisers.
  • Troubleshoot tracking, delivery, or pacing issues promptly.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, account management, analytics) to drive campaign success.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in campaign management (Programmatic / UA / Digital Advertising).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign reporting and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with ad platforms (DSPs, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, MMPs like AppsFlyer/Firebase/Adjust).
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
