Role Overview The E-Commerce Campaign Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) and digital campaigns to drive product sell-out and strengthen GripIt’s presence across key e-commerce platforms. The role requires hands-on campaign management, bid optimization, performance tracking, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure impactful execution.

Develop and execute AMS and digital campaigns (Paid + Organic) across Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and share actionable insights.
Coordinate campaign assets, landing pages, and product listings to support promotions and launches.
Conduct competitive analysis and recommend strategies to stay ahead of competition.
Maintain e-commerce hygiene: accurate product content, stock availability, pricing, and visual assets.
Support inventory planning and coordination with vendors/distributors for stock optimization.
Manage campaign calendars for product launches, seasonal activations, and events.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field.
~2–3 years’ experience in e-commerce campaign/digital marketing roles (Amazon expertise preferred).
~ proficient in Excel and Amazon analytics tools.
~ Detail-oriented with a creative mindset for campaign optimization.
~ Strong organizational and communication skills; Familiarity with bidding tools, reporting platforms, and digital marketing best practices.
