We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer with a strong specialization in IT Operations Management (ITOM) or IT Asset Management (ITAM). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing ITOM/ITAM solutions to enhance the visibility, availability, and performance of our IT infrastructure.Job DescriptionThe role is crucial for maturing our IT service delivery and will involve hands-on work with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and the CMDB. You will collaborate with various IT teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and ensure the overall health of our ServiceNow ITOM/ITAM applications.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy ITOM/ITAM solutions using the ServiceNow platform.Manage the entire hardware asset lifecycle within ServiceNow.Configure and manage CI identification, reconciliation, and data certification rules.Develop custom patterns to find and classify IT infrastructure components.Integrate monitoring tools and configure event/alert rules.Adhere to ServiceNow coding best practices and contribute to platform governance strategy.Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:7-12 years of overall experience in ServiceNow development and administration.Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience specifically focused on the ServiceNow ITOM/ITAM suite.Strong proficiency in JavaScript, GlideAPIs, Business Rules, and Script Includes.Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub).BenefitsAs a valued member of our team, you can expect:A competitive compensation package.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.A collaborative and dynamic work environment.OthersIf you are passionate about delivering exceptional IT services and working with cutting-edge technology, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
