Job Title: Project Governance LeadAbout the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Project Governance Lead to drive project governance, portfolio management, and strategic reporting across multiple initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage PMO governance frameworks, ensuring compliance across all projects and programs.Lead the development of portfolio dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports using advanced Excel and visualization tools.Analyze data and identify trends to support strategic decision-making and resource optimization.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking for projects and programs.Facilitate executive governance meetings, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.Mentor and coach PMO analysts and project coordinators, fostering a culture of excellence.Collaborate with delivery teams to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.Continuously refine PMO processes for efficiency and scalability.Requirements5+ years of experience in PMO, program management, or portfolio governance roles.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macros and complex modeling.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data visualization tools like Power BI.Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.Experience in financial management for projects, including budgeting and cost tracking.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred.About YouA strategic thinker with attention to detail.Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.Ability to influence and drive change across teams.High emotional intelligence and collaborative mindset.Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
