This is an exciting opportunity for a professional eager to contribute to our growth journey and make a measurable impact.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:6–7 years of core FMCG/D2C marketing experience (1–2 years in sales is a plus)Creative thinker with analytical rigorExperience managing both digital and traditional marketing channelsStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsPassionate about growth and innovationRESPONSIBILITIES:Marketing Strategy & Planning:Execute annual strategic plans to increase market share and achieve growth targetsIdentify opportunities for new products or extensions into new customer segmentsCollaborate with research teams to gather consumer insights and develop relevant conceptsSupport the sales team in marketing initiativesMonitor competitors, pricing changes, acquisitions, and new product featuresCampaigns & Communication:Plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns across channelsDevelop ATL & BTL marketing strategies and communication plansOversee marketing materials, from digital banners to brochuresDevelop in-store communication strategies (POS, promotions, loyalty programs)Work closely with marketing, design, sales, creative, and media teams to ensure brand consistencyProduct Launches:Execute product launches, including communication, pricing, consumer engagement, and brand-building initiativesDigital Marketing:Craft strategies for Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creative teamsDesign branding, positioning, and pricing strategiesEnsure consistent brand messaging across all channels (events, emails, web, and promotions)Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market shareNew Product Development:Support new product development initiativesProvide inputs on packaging and pricing strategiesSKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:6–7 years of core FMCG marketing experience, with 1–2 years of prior sales experience as a bonusStrong digital marketing experienceMaster’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fieldExcellent knowledge of online and offline marketing channelsCreative, analytical, and problem-solving mindsetExcellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
