Computer Science/IT degree (or other engineering discipline).Knowledge/experience of software development and product testing.Benchmarks:Adherence to delivery timelines.Adherence to the firm's standards for processes, remote work policy, quality and ownership.Feedback from Product Manager and other team members.Personal Attributes:An "ownership attitude" whose passion for solving issues and creating value grows from one project to another.Strong analytical, logical, writing and oral communication skills.Collaborative and partnership-oriented.
