This includes developing test scripts from use cases, user stories, and other sources.The quality assurance manager will work alongside other team members to undertake testing during development sprints and before product releases. They will interact with business analysts and customer representatives to assess if acceptance criteria have been met.Key responsibilities include owning software testing against requirement specifications, use cases, and user stories.Assist the team in undertaking testing during development sprints and before product releases.Interact with business analysts and customer representatives to assess if acceptance criteria have been met.Collaborate with development team members to set up and run automated tests using Selenium and write and maintain automated test scripts in C# using Spec Flow and Selenium.Support external test partners in carrying out specialist testing activities such as load/performance testing.Accountable for the production and strategy of test management and automation.Manage the creation of a test automation strategy and ensure increasing testing coverage.Assist with bug/defect tracking, debugging, and fixing where appropriate.Responsible for test environment deployments to test latest/new development.Responsible for continued improvements of efficiency within the delivery teams.Responsible for continued penetration and performance testing of the systems in line with company policy and customer expectation.Mentor R&D team in QA and SDLC processes, support team member personal development goals.This is a critical role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
