Overview The Sr. Frontend Developer plays a crucial role in the development of user-centric web applications, ensuring exceptional performance and seamless user experience. As a senior member of the development team, this position is pivotal in driving the technical direction and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of modern web technologies and frameworks, particularly React, and will be instrumental in setting standards for code quality, performance, and maintainability. Skills Must Have : Javascript, CSS, , Enterprise domain, microfrontend exp mandatory Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement highly responsive user interface components using React and JavaScript.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.Participate in code reviews to uphold coding standards and improve code quality.Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in frontend development.Mentor junior developers and contribute to their growth and learning.Work closely with backend developers to ensure seamless integration of APIs.Utilize version control systems and maintain project repositories efficiently.Implement responsive and adaptive designs to ensure cross-device compatibility.Debug and troubleshoot application issues promptly.Contribute to the development of best practices and coding standards.Engage in Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.Collect and analyze user feedback to enhance usability.Continuous learner with a passion for technology.
