As a key member of our frontend team, you will play a pivotal role in creating intuitive user interfaces and seamless digital experiences.Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive frontend applications using React.jsConvert design mockups and wireframes into interactive user interfacesBuild reusable components and libraries for scalability and maintainabilityOptimize web applications for performance, speed, and scalabilityCollaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developersImplement modern state management tools like Redux, Context API, or similarEnsure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design standardsWrite clean, well-documented, and testable codeConduct code reviews, contribute to technical discussions, and mentor junior team members when requiredRequired Skills & Qualifications: 5-7 years of professional experience as a Frontend Developer, with a strong focus on React.jsStrong command of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3Solid understanding of component-based architecture and React lifecyclesExperience with tools like Webpack, Babel, ESLint, and version control systems (Git)Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programmingProficiency in responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Material UI, Tailwind CSS)Hands-on experience with React Hooks, React Router, and Form libraries (Formik/React Hook Form)Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing LibraryPreferred/Bonus Skills: Experience with Next.js or server-side rendering (SSR)Familiarity with TypeScriptExposure to CI/CD pipelines and frontend deployment practicesBasic understanding of backend technologies like Node.js or GraphQLWorking knowledge of accessibility and SEO best practicesWhat You Can Expect:Learning and Growth: Be part of a team that values continuous learning and encourages mentorship.
