Role:AMS Presales Lead – Engineering Applications & AI Support SolutionsLocation: Any location in IndiaRequired Technical Skill Set:Deep understanding of Engineering applications landscape (PLM, CAD, CAE, ERP, MES, etc.)ITSM, ITIL, and AMS delivery modelsExpertise in AI/ML for support automation and analyticsCloud platforms, integration, and automation toolsExperience with incident, change, and release management frameworksMust-Have:- Proven experience in presales for AMS/Engineering applications - Solution design and proposal management for support services - Strong estimation, pricing, and bid management skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Stakeholder management and client engagement - Knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, and AMS operations - Familiarity with AI/ML, automation, and cloud technologies - Ability to coordinate with sales, delivery, and technical teams - Process improvement and mentoring skills.Good-to-Have:- Exposure to ERP/MES/PLM/Asset Management/Digital Twins - Experience in manufacturing, hi-tech, or industrial verticals - Understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies - Experience with global delivery models and distributed teams
