**System Administrator for Coupa Configuration and Support**As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day administration of Coupa. This includes managing system configurations, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance to ensure seamless user experience.Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional support to end-users, resolving their queries, and ensuring they have access to the necessary tools and information to perform their tasks efficiently.In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating Coupa configurations, including business rules, approval workflows, and integration points. This requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of Coupa's features and functionality, as well as experience working with similar systems. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.**Key Responsibilities:**Lead Coupa system administration, configuration management, and performance optimization.Provide responsive support to end-users, resolving issues and answering queries.Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize Coupa configurations.**Requirements & Qualifications:**6+ years of hands-on experience as a Coupa Administrator or in a similar configuration role.Deep knowledge of Coupa modules, including Procure-to-Order (P2O).Experience supporting Coupa in a post-implementation or hypercare environment.
