Procurement Strategist RoleAs a key member of our organization, the Procurement Strategist plays a vital role in driving value through strategic sourcing and procurement excellence.Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.Manage vendor relationships, evaluation, selection, and performance monitoring across multiple categories to drive cost savings and quality improvements.Lead contract negotiations to secure favourable terms, pricing, and service-level agreements that meet business needs.Implement procurement policies, risk controls, and compliance frameworks across global operations to ensure seamless execution.Oversee purchase orders, supplier agreements, and procurement documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to forecast needs and ensure proactive procurement support.Conduct market research, cost analysis, and supplier benchmarking to drive cost efficiency and enhance supplier performance.Ensure ethical, transparent, and sustainable procurement practices throughout the organization.Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Procurement, or related field is required.A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably in multinational or fast-growing environments.Strong negotiation skills with proven experience managing diverse supplier portfolios.Solid understanding of procurement governance, cost management, and vendor lifecycle management principles.Ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and develop procurement dashboards to inform decision-making.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.Experience in service-based procurement (training, events, technology, marketing) is an advantage.
