Senior Digital Marketing StrategistGreetings from our teamWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Strategist to join our organization based in Pune.The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and a proven track record of success in developing and executing demand generation strategies.Develop Demand Generation Strategies: Architect a holistic demand generation strategy that aligns with corporate goals and revenue targets. Define the ideal customer profile, map the buyer's journey, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for success.Lead Campaign Orchestration: Lead the design, execution, and optimization of sophisticated, end-to-end demand generation campaigns. Leverage a diverse channel mix, including but not limited to paid media, SEO/GEO, content syndication, email marketing, webinars, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.Analyze Performance: Own the end-to-end performance of the demand generation function. Implement robust tracking, analysis, and reporting mechanisms to measure campaign effectiveness, analyze funnel metrics, and derive actionable insights. Present findings and strategic recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.Tech Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert for the marketing technology stack, with deep expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot), HubSpot expertise is a must and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Ensure seamless integration and data hygiene to maintain a single source of truth for all marketing and sales activities.Cross-Functional Alignment: Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across sales, product marketing, content, and sales operations. Facilitate regular communication to ensure lead quality, optimize the handoff process, and align on joint revenue goals.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of demand generation professionals.
