Purpose Of Job:
A challenging opportunity for an open minded and enthusiastic candidate with great Functional Application Management skills to support in the strategic change and further enhance and support core applications to the Business As a key member of the IM Services Functional Application support team, working together with the rest of the team on driving business continuity, IT professionalism and user / business satisfaction.
Functional area SAP SuccessFactors:
Cloud Platform Integration (CPI);
Integrations with downstream systems, as T&A, Payroll, I&A, Concur
Release strategy
Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG)
Hands-on experience with Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
Be responsible for delivering custom developments in SAP systems (Smart forms, ABAP reports, Interfaces, BW extractors etc.) within a complex environment
Work in cross-functional project teams on new functionality, data migrations, and upgrades
Support our IM Services department in resolving incidents and in implementing small changes and operational support
Interview business stakeholders to collect information needs and translate these into a design for ABAP programs.
You should also have experience in at least one of following areas: ABAP OOPS, BAPI/BADI Development, IDOCs, Report writing using ALV and ABAP lists, Smartforms and SapScripts.
· Hands on Experience on CPI Cockpit and JAVA / Groovy Script.
Should have Knowledge on APIs and API business hub
Good Troubleshooting skills and knowledge in Mapping and Adapters connectivity issues
Experience of Interfaces, User exits/enhancements, Dialogue programming, BDCs, Workflow and LSMW is also good to have.
Experience in and knowledge of oData, Adobe Forms
Working in agile environment is highly appreciated.
Knowledge of cloud connectors
You are also fluent in written and spoken English.

About the job (Job Responsibilities)
Incident Management: Keeping systems up and running, by applying a controlled process of registering, monitoring and resolving of application related tickets
Monitoring overall performance of application, responsible for integrity of production environment
Maintaining the applications according to the SLA and in line with the regional business needs of involved Business Unit(s) and organization
Periodic standby for emergencies (24x7 availability schedule)
Operationalize priority setting as agreed with the business
Functioning as a 1st escalation point for the 3rd party vendors and the user community on Application Maintenance related services
Signals deviations on policy, standard package matters & after approval, contributes to changes
Ensuring IM process compliance for area of responsibility
Takes care of proper and updated documentation of the application (technical - process – and end-user documentation)
Keep CMDB up to date for the business processes and applications in scope
Play an active role in the CAB / Change Advisory Board
Executes changes & enhancements: describe problem, information analysis, prepare solution, execute system change (self or by third party), unit test of the change, amend user documentation, implementation, after care
Conduct tests as defined in an integration test specification, recording details of any failures and carrying out fault diagnosis
Analyses and Supports Key-users training needs and creates /maintains training material
Periodically visit the customer (sites), to discuss tickets, wishes and etc with key users, and demonstrate visibility
Frequently contact with key users on open tickets & act as co-coordinator for Key User network and meetings
Co-responsible for activities to ensure applications functions and operates appropriately
Supporting project handover activities (hand over from deliverables and knowledge from a project to the Application Maintenance teams) for the area of responsibility
Support projects in execution of changes / enhancements
Participating in implementation improvements and optimization projects
Create and checking content of transports

CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway)
Experience in implementing CIG, Buying and Invoicing process, Spend analytics and Sourcing, Network
Should have experience as an integration consultant especially in SAP Ariba and SAP projects.
Should have experience in various integration touch points in an Ariba deployment – Purchase order, Goods/Service receipt, invoice and master data. These could have been built using Business Add-On or CIG
Should be worked in troubleshooting data issues within the Ariba solution.
Should have good understanding of Ariba features and functionalities.cloud connector experience, custom mappings etc
CPI (Cloud Platform Integration)
Experience in developing inbound and outbound interfaces to/from the cloud to On-Premise and Cloud instances of SAP Products
Experience in configuration and extension of standard iFlows.
Experience in defining custom iFlows, local & exception sub-processes, exception handling
Expertise in handling various integration adapters in SAP CPI (SFSF, ODATA, SFTP, IDOC, SOAP, HTTP, Process Direct, REST Adapters) to exchange messages between sender and receiver
Knowledge on developing value mapping and Groovy and using it in iFlow
Experience in handling different data conversions like JSON to XML, CSV to XML, etc.
Experience in using various CPI pallet options (integration patterns – message transformations, enricher, splitter, etc.) and experience in SAP BTP Experience in handling security artifacts, encryption, and decryption mechanisms and SSH keys
Desirable Experience with EDI integrations, API management.
