Functional area SAP SuccessFactors:

  • Cloud Platform Integration (CPI);
  • Integrations with downstream systems, as T&A, Payroll, I&A, Concur
  • Release strategy
  • Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG)
  • Hands-on experience with Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
  • Be responsible for delivering custom developments in SAP systems (Smart forms, ABAP reports, Interfaces, BW extractors etc.) within a complex environment
  • Work in cross-functional project teams on new functionality, data migrations, and upgrades
  • Support our IM Services department in resolving incidents and in implementing small changes and operational support
  • Interview business stakeholders to collect information needs and translate these into a design for ABAP programs.
  • You should also have experience in at least one of following areas: ABAP OOPS, BAPI/BADI Development, IDOCs, Report writing using ALV and ABAP lists, Smartforms and SapScripts.
  • · Hands on Experience on CPI Cockpit and JAVA / Groovy Script.
  • Should have Knowledge on APIs and API business hub
  • Good Troubleshooting skills and knowledge in Mapping and Adapters connectivity issues
  • Experience of Interfaces, User exits/enhancements, Dialogue programming, BDCs, Workflow and LSMW is also good to have.
  • Experience in and knowledge of oData, Adobe Forms
  • Working in agile environment is highly appreciated.
  • Knowledge of cloud connectors
  • You are also fluent in written and spoken English.


About the job (Job Responsibilities)

  • Incident Management: Keeping systems up and running, by applying a controlled process of registering, monitoring and resolving of application related tickets
  • Monitoring overall performance of application, responsible for integrity of production environment
  • Maintaining the applications according to the SLA and in line with the regional business needs of involved Business Unit(s) and organization
  • Periodic standby for emergencies (24x7 availability schedule)
  • Operationalize priority setting as agreed with the business
  • Functioning as a 1st escalation point for the 3rd party vendors and the user community on Application Maintenance related services
  • Signals deviations on policy, standard package matters & after approval, contributes to changes
  • Ensuring IM process compliance for area of responsibility
  • Takes care of proper and updated documentation of the application (technical - process – and end-user documentation)
  • Keep CMDB up to date for the business processes and applications in scope
  • Play an active role in the CAB / Change Advisory Board
  • Executes changes & enhancements: describe problem, information analysis, prepare solution, execute system change (self or by third party), unit test of the change, amend user documentation, implementation, after care
  • Conduct tests as defined in an integration test specification, recording details of any failures and carrying out fault diagnosis
  • Analyses and Supports Key-users training needs and creates /maintains training material
  • Periodically visit the customer (sites), to discuss tickets, wishes and etc with key users, and demonstrate visibility
  • Frequently contact with key users on open tickets & act as co-coordinator for Key User network and meetings
  • Co-responsible for activities to ensure applications functions and operates appropriately
  • Supporting project handover activities (hand over from deliverables and knowledge from a project to the Application Maintenance teams) for the area of responsibility
  • Support projects in execution of changes / enhancements
  • Participating in implementation improvements and optimization projects
  • Create and checking content of transports


CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway)

  • Experience in implementing CIG, Buying and Invoicing process, Spend analytics and Sourcing, Network
  • Should have experience as an integration consultant especially in SAP Ariba and SAP projects.
  • Should have experience in various integration touch points in an Ariba deployment – Purchase order, Goods/Service receipt, invoice and master data. These could have been built using Business Add-On or CIG
  • Should be worked in troubleshooting data issues within the Ariba solution.
  • Should have good understanding of Ariba features and functionalities.cloud connector experience, custom mappings etc

CPI (Cloud Platform Integration)

  • Experience in developing inbound and outbound interfaces to/from the cloud to On-Premise and Cloud instances of SAP Products
  • Experience in configuration and extension of standard iFlows.
  • Experience in defining custom iFlows, local & exception sub-processes, exception handling
  • Expertise in handling various integration adapters in SAP CPI (SFSF, ODATA, SFTP, IDOC, SOAP, HTTP, Process Direct, REST Adapters) to exchange messages between sender and receiver
  • Knowledge on developing value mapping and Groovy and using it in iFlow
  • Experience in handling different data conversions like JSON to XML, CSV to XML, etc.
  • Experience in using various CPI pallet options (integration patterns – message transformations, enricher, splitter, etc.) and experience in SAP BTP Experience in handling security artifacts, encryption, and decryption mechanisms and SSH keys
  • Desirable Experience with EDI integrations, API management.
