Job Specification

Plan Consultant / Plan Manager – Billing and Invoicing Domain: US Retirement Services / Wealth Solutions.

Role Description
• Reviewing output from client specific fee programs
• Completing the quarterly invoice reporting
• Interfacing with Finance team
• On-going tracking of SLA credits and any invoice concessions
• Clients are billed monthly/quarterly.
• High Financial Risk demands 100% Accuracy.
• Clients have customized fee programs and requirements which are not uniform across the business.
• Processing is entangled with client facing work.
• Client based SLAs. Systems:
• OMNI, Slingshot Invoicing System Skills and Competencies:
• Strong Mathematical skills required • Strong Excel
• Financial skills (billing/invoicing)
• Accounting skills
• Attention to Detail – is critical.
• Strong Subject Matter Expertise
• OMNI Skills an added advantage
• Engaging • Analytical
• Highly Organized Qualifications
• College Degree
• 3-8 years of Defined Contribution work & operations experience
• 2-5 Defined Contribution Client Billing and Invoicing experience
• Solid technical aptitude of MS Office with strong excel
• Knowledge of Omni is a plus
