Job description
We are looking for Program Coordinators / Managers to lead Program Support to be based out of Mumbai.

The Candidate:
MBAs with a minimum of 5 years of experience working in the hospitality / education management sector.

Qualifications:
Excellent project management and collaboration skills.
Experience in program delivery management.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written)
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Willing to travel domestically and internationally
Having valid passports with existing US visas would be preferred

The Role:
Managing participant interactions, pre and post program
Calling nominated participants to make sure that they have received pre-reads and clarify any other information such as logistics etc.
Developing mailers and managing trackers for participant and stakeholder communications
Managing faculty scheduling for all public and custom programs
Coordinating program requirement with the Client
Collating feedback evaluations
He / She will be reporting to Program Director, Operations
