Job role: We are looking for Industrial Engineering professionals for our IE department. We are looking for young engineers to handle the Jigs and Fixtures design & Manufacturing activities and other facility planning activities.

Purpose of the Role

Facility Planning - Jigs/Fixtures/Accessories Designing & Validation by Trial
CAPEX

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Feasibility study on Jigs/ fixture/Accessories Requirement
Concept Model Preparation and review with CFT for Jigs/ fixture/Accessories
Fixture Manufacturing drawing creation with GD & T’s ,Drawing Checking & Release for manufacturing
Update the fixture drawing based on the manufactured fixture Inspection report.
Conduct trial to validate the fixture & Establish the fixture for regular production
Troubleshooting of fixture issues for component quality
To review & provide feedback to the fixture supplier to work for component quality
Conduct trial to validate the bought out fixture
Feasibility study for cycle time reduction, process Optimization & Implementation of the same
Maintaining stock inventory for hydraulic fixture elements
Review of jigs and fixture design for Heavy machines/ S&S /Cylindrical/Sheetmetal shops.
To monitor and maintain the Design Status of all facilities.
Updating tool numbers in Oracle system.
Creating purchase requisition for buying new fixtures, elements and accessories.
Providing technical support to validate the fixture during trials.
Responsible for buying fixture casting bases from foundry units
ROI calculation for new capex items.
CAREm Creation in Oracle system against budget approval.
Responsible for creating PR & clearance document for new CAPEX.
facility manufacturing to OSP considering the load capacity.

Exposure preference: Jigs & Fixtures, CNC Fixtures, Fixture Design, Fixture Manufacturing, Fixture Updation.
