Job Title: Senior PowerBuilder and .Net Developer

We are currently seeking a highly skilled individual for the position of Senior Developer/Analyst. This role involves active participation in the complete development life cycle of business software, encompassing design, development, unit/load testing, deployment, and maintenance of software systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various programming specialties, particularly in server-side web presentation technologies and SAP/Sybase PowerBuilder.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze, design, and construct component-based applications within a Web/internet delivery environment.
Develop software systems utilizing scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure design outcomes.
Write programming applications for both new and existing systems, including enhancements to websites, web applications, and infrastructure.
Modify existing software to rectify errors, adapt to new hardware, or upgrade interfaces to improve performance.
Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts to ensure programming code aligns with business requirements.
Monitor equipment functionality to ensure systems operate in accordance with specifications.
Consult with engineering staff to evaluate hardware-software interfaces, develop specifications, and resolve customer issues.
Coordinate software system installations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in programming languages such as SAP PowerBuilder , C#/.Net ASP.NET, RESTful services, and XML.
Mastery of relational databases including DB2, Sybase, and SQL.
Proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
Strong understanding of business requirement documents and functional requirements.
Capable of working independently or in a collaborative environment.
Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.

Minimum Related Work Experience:
9+ years of related experience (or Master’s degree with 3+ years) , including application design, software development, maintenance, and delivery.
At least 3 years of experience with application servers.
