Delivery Coordinator

Job Purpose
This position reports to Program Management. The position of Contracts/Vendor Management requires an innovative, enthusiastic, and organized individual who is technically competent regarding IT services. This individual will act as a liaison between the CBTS program management and various business units. This position involves independent decision making in forecasting monthly tracking of SOW’s, Customer PO’s, devices/application license needs/renewals. Also involved is an analysis of the AR/budget process quarterly. The successful execution of the position of will result in a high degree of customer satisfaction, which will advance the position of the entire business process across the CBTS program.

Essential Functions
Work with leadership team in assuring proper timing, coordination, ordering, for GE Program IT maintenance services - XX% (ie. Smartnet, Checkpoint, Solarwinds, DNA, ETC.)
Work with leadership team in assuring proper timing, coordination, renewal, for GE Program maintenance Contracts/SOW’s - XX%
Work with leadership team to develop and maintain GE Program product/service catalog & pricing - XX%
Work with leadership team in providing GE Program pre and post-sales support - XX% (RFP timing/prep)
Work with leadership team in providing GE Program hiring/onboarding support – (Resume review/screening)
Experience
3 to 5 years of experience Customer Service IT/Voice/Data/Compute SOW & Contracts Management
Education
Three or Four years of college resulting in a bachelor‘s degree or equivalent.
Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Basic IT knowledge Excellent customer contact and service skills Strong organization skills; focus on attention to detail and follow-up Strong planning and project management skills Strong written/oral communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of ordering and billing systems Proficient skills in Word and Excel Ability to thrive in a busy and flexible environment Ability to work with a high level of independence Excellent time management and critical problem-solving skills. No Supervisory Responsibility
