Description
As a Middleware Developer with Support Experience, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining middleware components such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis Cache, and Apache Tomcat. Leveraging your expertise in these technologies, you will play a crucial role in building robust, scalable, and efficient systems while providing technical support to ensure their smooth operation.
Key Responsibilities
develop, and maintain middleware components such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis Cache, and Apache Tomcat.
and deploy messaging queues, topics, and brokers in RabbitMQ and Kafka to facilitate reliable message delivery and event streaming.
caching solutions using Redis Cache to improve application performance and reduce database load.
Apache Tomcat servers, including installation, configuration, and optimization for hosting web applications.
middleware components with existing systems and applications to enable seamless communication and data exchange.
and implement message protocols, data formats, and APIs for interoperability between different systems.
with development teams to ensure proper integration and adherence to best practices.
technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving issues related to middleware functionality, performance, and integration.
issues with RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis Cache, and Apache Tomcat, identifying root causes and implementing solutions to minimize downtime.
support processes, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions to maintain a knowledge base for future reference.

performance testing and tuning exercises to ensure optimal performance under varying loads and conditions.
updated with the latest trends and developments in middleware technologies, evaluating new tools and techniques for potential adoption.
in code reviews, providing feedback to improve code quality, maintainability, and performance.
with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance overall system reliability and efficiency.
Requirements:
degree in computer science, Information Technology, with 6+ years of experience
experience as a Middleware Developer with experience in developing and supporting RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis Cache, and Apache Tomcat.
proficiency in middleware technologies, including configuration, deployment, and administration.
in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to middleware functionality, performance, and integration.
understanding of message queuing, event streaming, caching, and web server technologies.
problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.
communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
in relevant technologies (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) are a plus.
