Hiring US Healthcare Recruiter || Infojini Consulting || Noida
Job Description:
Sourcing the candidates from the portals like CB, Monster Dice.
Connecting them over the calls and having a good conversation with them.
According to the job description, checking the relevant resumes and processing their candidature.
Scheduling interviews
If get shortlisted collecting their documents and sharing it to Onboarding team
Restarting the process of hiring till the time didn‘t getting the selection on a specific role.
Following up with the candidates on each stage of hiring process.
Candidate Preferred Profile:
Must be a Graduate
Should be comfortable with US Shifts
Must have experience from 0.6 to 4 years in Healthcare Domain
Good communication skills required
