Job Overview:
As the shift in-charge of FQA (Final Quality Assurance), you will be responsible for leading and managing the overall product inspection activities i.e. both product & packing level. Your role will involve driving the inspection team to comply to product inspection ensuring quality standards, cycle time compliancy/on-time delivery to Production team.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure process compliance and ensure yield meets targets.
Shift wise yield monitoring – Inspection (FQA).
Conduct Daily Meetings.
Production MRB Meeting and disposition.
Shift wise operator allocation and management – Competency development.
OJT and Skill Matrix maintenance of wireless team.
PFC, PFMEA & CP periodic review and maintenance, development of process documents.
Implementation of E2E process controls based on gaps / improvement requirement.
Weekly Quality & Test Reports (Power BI) – FTPY, FPY & RTY.
Participate in RCA & Implement corrective actions.
Trigger Line stop order in case of abnormalities.
Interact with external stakeholders ( Design & CM QA managers ) for problem resolution.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor‘s degree in Electronic & Communication Engineering.
5+ years of experience in supplier telecom of electronic industry.
Strong knowledge of electronic components & technologies.
Experience in product outgoing inspection, quality standards & requirements, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.
Familiar to IPC standards & requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
Familiarity with quality management systems, industry standards.
Experience in quality control methodologies, and root cause analysis techniques.
