This position requires someone who is a passionate learner, an independent thinker, works well collaboratively across multiple disciplines, and is comfortable working with a variety of people and technology stacks.

Your work will be in the space of Quality Engineering and Assurance involving design, develop, maintain and execution of automated testing solutions and will be critical to the delivery of digital solutions to our customers all over the world and teams across the digital organization.

About the Role

As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will:


Design and Implement – automated testing solutions by understanding business needs, defining test scenarios, building test scripts using tools/frameworks and comprehensive understanding of software development life cycle/Agile methodologies.

Test applications across a range of technologies including web, mobile, batch processing, CMS, REST services


Be a Team Player – work in a collaborative team-oriented environment, share information, value diverse ideas, partner with cross functional and remote teams.

Coach and assist less experienced quality assurance engineers

Be Curious & Innovative – continuously update yourself with next generation technology, testing tools, and contribute to process development practices

Be an Agile Person – involved in the sprint team.

Communicate on issues that may affect QA sprints, identify process improvements, & work with technical team to ensure sprint success.

Review user stories providing feedback on testability and effort estimations from quality assurance perspective


Be an Effective Communicator – articulate complex technical issues, and share ideas, participate in peer-reviews, and exhibit strong listening skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with Product Owner, technical staff, management, and business team members

Take Ownership – responsible for performance, reliability and implement changes for improving efficiency of the testing solutions

About You

You're a fit for the role of Quality Assurance Lead if you have:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline is required.

9+ years of experience designing, developing, maintaining, and executing automated testing solutions or similar in in Java or other Object-Oriented languages

2+ years of experience as an Automation Team Lead or in other leadership role

2+ years of experience working with the Agile methodology, and related testing and test automation techniques

Experience working with and developing automated test scripts using test automation tools & frameworks such as QTP/UFT, Selenium, Worksoft

Understanding of, and experience working in the areas of performance, PEN, security & compliance, Mobile & Multi-browser, Accessibility testing

Experience leading teams of onshore and offshore resources through End-to-end delivery

Understand and create testing traceability

Experience working with Continuous Integration

Knowledge of TDD and/or BDD concepts

Leadership skills with a track record of mentoring, setting technical goals, and delegating tasks

Understanding of testing metrics and experience using metrics to target process and efficiency improvements

Experience working with keyword and data-driven test automation frameworks

Hands-on experience with white box and black box testing

Technologies a plus, to include:
Adobe Experience Manager, Cucumber-JVM, JavaScript and ReactJS

Other experience a plus, to include: Performance, accessibility and security testing
